Responsibilities:

 

  • Take the lead in process and system improvement.
  • Take part in cross functional projects in planning and recruitment.
  • Ensure the safety, security, and regulatory compliance of the operations planning activities.
  • Develop recommendations improving flight operations processes, from budgeting to communication, reporting, tracking and project management.
  • In conjunction with Pilot Recruitment Manager oversee recruitments and sourcing and:
  • Develop, maintain, and run the Wizz Air Flight Crew recruitment strategy to deliver the recruitment targets
  • Develop, in cooperation with the team, strategy to achieve better efficiency while maintaining the highest Flight crew recruitment standards.
  • Manage the cross-department cooperation to automate and digitize processes and introduce innovative solutions enabling recruitment and planning at scale.
  • Establish and maintain recruitment and planning KPIs to achieve the strategic goals of the company.
  • Provide inputs to recruitment manuals.
  • In conjunction with Flight Operations Crew Planning Manager:
  • Lead, oversight and accountability of the Flight Crew planning function in Wizz Air.
  • Optimize the Flight Crew roster to ensure highest Flight Crew productivity while adhering to safety and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure that Flight Crew operating activities are planned in compliance with FTL and other relevant regulations, and that required number of Flight Crew is allocated to enable to execution of commercial schedule in a productive and cost-efficient manner.
  • Ensure Flight Crew rosters maintain the FRM principles to reduce the fatigue risk of the operations.
  • Ensure high efficiency of built rosters.
  • Provide inputs to Crew Planning Manual (CPM).

 

Requirements:

 

  • 4-6+ years working experience with 3+ years experience in Flight Crew Planning and Recruitment area, or HR area
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Completed university or college degree
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Growth mindset and can-do attitude
  • Ability to synthesize information into recommendations
  • Good oral and written presentations skills
  • Team works and strong interpersonal skills
  • Good people management skills
